Moving between exchange interfaces gets tedious. Bitsgap brings trading tools and bots into one workspace, connected to your existing accounts. Its appeal is strongest when you already know which rules you want the software to repeat.
At BitcoinLink, we would consider Bitsgap for its combined terminal, GRID and DCA tools, and demo mode. The trial gives you room to learn the controls before committing to a subscription.
About affiliate links
BitcoinLink may earn a commission when you use certain links on this site. This helps fund our editorial work. It does not make a service suitable for everyone: our reviews cover its benefits, limitations and conditions to understand before signing up.
How the connection works
Funds remain on the connected exchange. Bitsgap sends orders through the permissions you grant via API. Listed integrations include Binance, Kraken, KuCoin and Coinbase Advanced, although markets and bot features differ between exchanges.
Check your country, exchange account and required features before subscribing. An exchange logo does not establish support for every strategy.
GRID and DCA need different decisions
A GRID bot places buys and sells within a price range. If the market falls sharply, remaining holdings can lose more than completed trades earn. DCA bots distribute purchases according to settings and may keep adding exposure during a decline.
Define a maximum budget and understand stopping conditions. For learning, we would start with the demo and focus on spot strategies. Derivatives and leverage add further risks, including liquidation.
Subscription prices
Public USD prices checked on 5 October 2026:
| Plan | Monthly payment | Monthly equivalent, 12-month plan | Active GRID / DCA bots |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $29 | $23 | 3 / 10 |
| Advanced | $69 | $55 | 10 / 50 |
| Pro | $149 | $119 | 50 / 250 |
The discounted rate relates to the twelve-month option: check the total commitment at checkout. Exchange trading fees are additional. A free tier includes demo access, and the current offer advertises a seven-day PRO trial without a payment card.
Look at total performance
Bot profit from completed trades can be positive while the assets allocated to the strategy lose value. Include remaining positions, trading fees and the subscription in your assessment.
For illustration, a $29 monthly subscription represents 5.8% of $500 capital each month before trading fees. That explains the weight of a fixed cost; it is not a return forecast. Demo results and backtests also cannot reproduce all live liquidity and slippage conditions.
API access and your first steps
Bots need trading permission. Disable withdrawals, minimise permissions and enable two-factor authentication. Use supported IP restrictions where available. Trading access can still cause losses even without withdrawal rights.
Create a Bitsgap account through BitcoinLink and start in demo mode. Follow one strategy, practise stopping it and check what happens to remaining holdings. Prepare to revoke unused API keys. This review is documentary; we have not placed live trades with Bitsgap.
